Today I will intruduce a posture of yoga named Standing Forward Bend.
Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend):
Alignment:
With feet together, let your head hang heavy and keep your neck free from strain.

Benefit:
This posture stretches the lower back and hamstrings. It stimulates and rinses the organs in the belly, including the digestive system
